Refund policy

Returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened jars unless the product is defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (01035012048) or at ebadamagdi352@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via InstaPay.
