Is Subul honey 100% natural?

Yes. Our honey is pure and raw with no added sugar, syrups or preservatives.

How do I know your honey is really pure?

Every batch is analysed by laboratories accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture. Every jar has a QR code on its label — scan it to see the official lab report for your batch, with government stamps and the exact results (moisture, HMF/heat treatment, sugar profile and purity).

Has the honey been heated?

No. The HMF value in each lab report confirms our honey has not been heated.

Why has my honey crystallised?

Crystallisation is a natural process and a sign of real, unprocessed honey. Place the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir until it becomes liquid again.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Cairo & Giza: 75 EGP. Other governorates: 110 EGP. Shipping is free on orders over 2,000 EGP.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery or InstaPay.

Can I return my order?

Unopened jars can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
