At Subul, purity isn't a promise — it's a lab result. Every batch of our honey is analysed by laboratories accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture before it is jarred. The official report carries government stamps and the exact figures measured for that batch.

Every Subul label has a "Lab Analysis" QR code. Scan it with your phone camera to open the official analysis report for the batch in your hands — the same report we received from the lab, with its numbers and stamps.
What we test for
- Moisture content — confirms the honey is fully ripe and correctly stored. Ripe honey has low moisture; high moisture is a sign of unripe or watered-down honey.
- HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural) — the key indicator of heat treatment and freshness. A low HMF value shows the honey has not been heated or overheated.
- Sugar profile — checks the natural balance of fructose, glucose and sucrose to detect added sugar or syrups.
- Purity & authenticity — confirms the honey is 100% natural with no additives, blending or adulteration.
Why it matters
Honey is one of the most commonly adulterated foods in the world — often mixed with syrups, diluted, or heated to make it easier to pack. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you are eating. That is why we don't just say "100% natural" — we show you the proof on every single jar.
